When signing up or using our system, and entering your cell phone
number and email address, you allow us the opportunity to text
message and/or email you with marketing and promotional communication. You may elect to opt out
at any time by replying STOP to
any text message or UNSUBSCRIBE to any email.
Before placing your order please review it carefully to make certain it is accurate. Except as
provided below, all sales are final unless
prohibited by law. If you compile an order incorrectly and it contains photos you did not intend
to order or you have made a misspelling
and the order is then placed and processed, we may or may not offer reprints or refunds.
We take many measures to ensure the photos you order are of the highest quality available. When
viewing photos on screen variations
in color, contrast, perceived focus, exposure, etc. May sometimes differ from the printed media
you will receive. Though we do not
guarantee a perfect color match in relation to what is viewed onscreen, we will attempt to
produce the most accurate color reproduction
for the printed media.
We will attempt to provide you with the best cropping for your selected photo package(s) and in
many cases the photo(s) in the photo
package(s) you order will be enlarged or reduced to achieve the accurate size for your order.
When you receive your order please carefully review it to ensure the photos printed match the
contents listed in your order. Orders that
contain incorrect photos in relation to the order placed will be reprinted for you at no charge.
We will make best efforts to print and fulfill orders onsite before an event concludes. If we
cannot fulfill an order onsite then we will offer
to mail you the order at an additional cost. Therefore, please supply us with valid shipping and
contact information for all orders placed.
If your order is fulfilled onsite, but you do not pick it up before the end of the event, and
you have not paid for it to be mailed to you, we
will retain your order for 60 days and then it will be destroyed. It is your responsibility to
contact our office and make arrangements to
have your order mailed to you before the destruction date.
At delivery, we warrant that a CD, flash drive or digital download (DIGITAL IMAGES) are capable
of being run in a properly equipped
computer. If the DIGITAL IMAGES are defective under this warranty, we will replace them upon
request within thirty (30) days of receipt.
Except for this warranty, DIGITAL IMAGES are not returnable or refundable.
Our definition of Favorite Photos, Favorites CD, Digital Photo Package, My Player Photos, and/or
My Player Download pertain to only
those images of your child or immediate family member. This DOES NOT include photos of friends,
teammates, other players, etc. that
you may know and want photos of. Generally a “sibling/family package” is available, and you may
request additional information regarding pricing and limitations from any of our staff members.
When you pay by check, you authorize us to process the payment as a check transaction,
or to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from
your checking account. A service fee may be charged on returned checks.
